NxGen Workshp 2023

Unsurprisingly, the last decade and the coming decade is experiencing numerous cases of succession from 1G to 2G. Our Centre's effort did not go unnoticed and we had transferred knowledge to 100 NxGen from Hangzhou, Suzhou, and Shunde on management, entrepreneurship and succession.As we move forward, our Centre remains steadfast in its mission to empower the next generation of leaders, foster innovation and excellence, and create a thriving ecosystem for family businesses. We are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to continuing our journey with NxGen participants.
